Launch of e-Cert (Personal) with Mutual Recognition Status and e-Cert (Organisational) with Mutual Recognition Status

To facilitate the development of e-commerce between Mainland and Hong Kong and to participate in the Arrangement for Mutual Recognition of Electronic Signature Certificates issued by Hong Kong and Guangdong, Hongkong Post Certification Authority offers e-Cert (Personal) with "Mutual Recognition" Status certificates and e-Cert (Organisational) with "Mutual Recognition" Status certificates starting from 6 February 2015.

To apply for e-Cert (Personal) with "Mutual Recognition" Status certificates, applicants may fill in the "New/Renewal Application Form for e-Cert (Personal) with "Mutual Recognition" Status Certificate (CPos 798AMR)". To apply for e-Cert (Organisational) with "Mutual Recognition" Status certificates, applicants may fill in the "New Application /Renewal Form for Hongkong Post e-Cert (Organisational) with "Mutual Recognition" Status Certificate (CPos 798FMR)".
