New Arrangement for Promotional Discount on e-Cert Subscription Fees

Starting from 1 January 2020, Certizen Limited, the contractor of Hongkong Post Certification Authority e-Cert service, will adjust the following promotional discounts on the e-Cert subscription fees until further notice:

1. For e-Cert (Organisational) without "Mutual Recognition" status, with effect from 1 January 2020, the promotional discount on its subscription fees will be cancelled as follows:

First time application	Resumed from HK$45 to the original price of HK$50 per certificate	Resumed from HK$180 to the original price of HK$200 per certificate
Non-first time application or renewal	Resumed from HK$135 to the original price of HK$150 per certificate	Resumed from HK$270 to original price of HK$300 per certificate

2. For e-Cert (Encipherment), with effect from 1 January 2020, the promotional discount (i.e. the annual subscription fee discounted from the original HK$150 to HK$21 per certificate) will be adjusted. The annual subscription fee for e-Cert (Encipherment) will be adjusted from HK$21 to HK$24 per certificate.
3. For e-Cert (Server) with "Wildcard" feature, with effect from 1 January 2020, the promotional discount on the subscription fee will be provided as follows:

4. For e-Cert (Server) (without "Wildcard" feature and "Multi-domain" feature) with effect from 1 January 2020, the promotional discount on its subscription fee will be cancelled. The annual subscription fee for e-Cert (Server) (without "Wildcard" feature and "Multi-domain" feature) will therefore be resumed from HK$2,250 to the original price of HK$2,500 per certificate.

The administration fees of the e-Cert certificates will remain unchanged. The subscription fees of all other types of e-Cert certificates will also remain unchanged.
