e-Cert (Organisational) Renewal Form and Supplementary Application Form for e-Cert (Organisational) with AEOI Functions

For renewal application of e-Cert (Organisational) with AEOI Functions, or to add the AEOI Functions to the existing e-Cert (Organisational) upon renewal application, the Applicant shall submit the Supplementary Application Form(s) (CPos 798FA) and the relevant supporting documents, together with the "Hongkong Post e-Cert (Organisational) Certificate – Certificate Renewal Form" (CPos 792G).

Online renewal application of e-Cert (Organisational) with AEOI Functions is NOT applicable to add AEOI Functions to existing e-Cert (Organisational) without AEOI Functions. If you have subscribed an existing e-Cert (Organisational) that is without AEOI Functions, but you want to add AEOI Functions in renewal application, the supplementary application form(s) of e-Cert (Organisational) with AEOI Functions together with the e-Cert (Organisational) renewal form, relevant supporting documents and appropriate application fees shall be submitted in person to any post office.
