Shanghai Commercial Bank www.shacombank.com.hk	Using e-Cert enables you to enjoy fund transfer, remittance, bill payment, foreign exchange, fixed deposit placement and other transactions in a more secure way. You can also enjoy fund transfer and remittance to non-registered third-party accounts. No registration is needed for bill payment to high-risk merchants. You can enjoy fee discount on remittance, transferring of funds to other local banks for free.
E-government services
Inland Revenue Department - AEOI Portal / CbC Reporting Portal	For handling matters relating to automatic exchange of financial account information ("AEOI"), the persons authorised by the relevant organisation, including the reporting financial institution, can use the e-Cert (Organisational) with AEOI Functions to access AEOI Accounts under the AEOI Portal of the Inland Revenue Department, in accordance with its Terms and Conditions. For handling matters related to country-by-country reports ("CbC"), the persons authorised by the relevant organisation, including the Reporting Entity, can use the e-Cert (Organisational) with AEOI Functions to access CbC Reporting Accounts under the CbC Reporting Portal of the Inland Revenue Department, in accordance with its Terms and Conditions.

Customs and Excise Department - Road Cargo System(ROCARS) https://www.rocars.gov.hk /en/landing_page.html	Using e-Cert as your login to "Road Cargo System (ROCARS)" allows you to electronically submit advance cargo information to the Customs and Excise Department.
Customs and Excise Department - Motor Vehicles First Registration Tax System https://eservices.customs.gov.hk /FRT/common/wcm00104/locale. action?request_locale=en	Using e-Cert as your login to "Motor Vehicles First Registration Tax System" allows you to electronically submit Import Return and Published Retail Price List application required under Motor Vehicles (First Registration Tax) Ordinance, Cap. 330.
Environmental Protection Department - Environmental Protection Interactive Center (EPIC) epic.epd.gov.hk/eForm/ index.jsp?lang=eng	Environmental Protection Interactive Center (EPIC) provides a through-train service under a secured transaction platform for the public to use e-Cert to apply for licenses and permits and settle license fees any time through the Internet.
